Tá sé de dhualgas ar Bhord Bainistíochta na scoile an scoil a bhainistiú ar bhealach a thacaíonn le leas na ndaltaí, na dtuismitheoirí agus na foirne, de réir na dtreoirlínte náisiúnta. Tá ochtar ball ar an mBord: beirt ainmnithe ag Foras Pátrúnachta na Scoileanna Lán-Ghaeilge (pátrún na scoile), beirt thuismitheoir (máthair amháin agus athair amháin) a thoghtar ag tuismitheoirí na scoile, an Príomhoide (nó Príomhoide Gníomhach), oide amháin ón bhfoireann teagaisc a thoghtar ag na múinteoirí, agus beirt chomhalta eile a mholtar ag na sé bhall thuasluaite. The Board of Management is responsible for running the school in a way that supports the best interests of the students, parents, and staff, in line with national guidelines. The Board consists of eight members: two nominees of the school’s patron (Foras Pátrúnachta na Scoileanna Lán-Ghaeilge), two parents of children in the school (one mother and one father, elected by the parents), the Principal (or Acting Principal), one teacher elected by the teaching staff, and two additional members nominated by the six members already selected. A new Board is appointed every four years. Currently, Bríd de Paor serves as Chairperson of the Board.
